Hello and welcome to Meditate with Becky - tools for life! I'm excited to share techniques to help you to know yourself more deeply, manage your emotions and master relaxation techniques. With tools for life, a stronger and more peaceful version of you is possible!

I offer meditation classes and workshops to adults, children, schools and businesses. Based in SW London, I work across London and Surrey as well as online.

Feeling Stressed, Tired, or Disconnected?

Life can feel chaotic, with our attention pulled in so many directions—at work, at home, or by the constant distractions of phones, news, and daily demands. It’s easy to get swept up in everything happening around us. This is why making space to breathe, centre yourself, and nurture your inner calm is so important.

 

Just as we care for our bodies with sleep, exercise, and healthy food, we can use meditation to care for our minds. Meditation is a simple, practical tool to create that space, helping us feel grounded, focused, and better able to navigate daily life. Even a few mindful minutes can make a noticeable difference.
 

How meditation can help:

  • Calm your body and mind: relax, sleep better, and feel more energised.

  • Tune into your emotions: notice, accept, and manage them with kindness.
